Biomechanical Dataset for Walking with Active Biarticular Thigh Exosuit (BATEX)

We evaluated the effectiveness of the BATEX system in reducing metabolic cost exclusively at 100% PWS of the No-Exo condition. At this speed, muscle activity and metabolic cost were measured under three conditions: (1) the No-Exosuit condition, where participants walked without the exosuit; (2) the No-Assistance condition as Zero-Torque, where participants wore the exosuit without the rubber bands engaged; (3) the Assisted Exosuits condition, where participants walked with the exosuit using the tuned parameters from the previous experiment.
