Transformation of dissolved organic matter chracterized by FT-ICR-MS during incubation of sediment core 322-C0012

This data set shows the formulae of dissolved organic matter characterized by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS) at temperatures of 20°C (in situ), 35°C, 55°C, and 85°C during a slurry incubation of core C0012 sediment with artificial seawater. Incubation time points are presented for day 0 (start), day 1 (only for 85°C), and day 55 (end).

RInt: The abundance of formulae (rIntn) is reported as relative intensity of an individual formula compared to the total intensity of all assigned formulae. The value of "0" indicates either no detected formulas or formulas with relative intensity (rInt) < 0.02 and signal-to-noise ratios < 8.
