Raziskava sodi v sklop rednih mesečnih telefonskih anket, namenjenih spremljanju zadovoljstva z delom vlade in ocenjevanja razmer v državi. Raziskava meri tudi odnos slovenske javnosti do vključitve Slovenije v zvezo NATO ter strankarske preference. Tokratni aktualni blok vključuje mnenje o najprimernejšem kandidatu za predsednika države, oceno odnosov med Slovenijo in sosednjimi državami in pogostost ter namen obiska sosednjih držav.

Survey is part of monthly telephone surveys, designed for measuring satisfaction with the work of Slovene government and evaluation of work of government institutions. Survey measure relation of Slovene public towards EU and NATO membership and party preferences. Topical themes in this Politbarometer include questions about most appropriate candidate for country's president, estimation of relations between Slovenia and neighbouring countries, frequency of visiting neighbouring countries.
