[ES] Este conjunto de datos contiene información detallada sobre ánforas procedentes de cerca de 300 yacimientos arqueológicos (terrestres y acuáticos) de las provincias romanas de Hispania (Tarraconense, Bética y Lusitania). Se incluyen registros morfológicos, cronológicos, de conservación y de procedencia.

Su objetivo es facilitar el acceso a datos estandarizados sobre ánforas para personal investigador de arqueología, historia antigua y ciencias afines, así como promover estudios comparativos sobre producción, distribución y uso de ánforas en el Mediterráneo y otras regiones.

Se comparte la base de datos (CSV), dibujos y fotografías (PNG, TIFF, JPG y GIF).

[EN] This dataset contains detailed information on amphorae from nearly 300 archaeological sites (both terrestrial and underwater) within the Roman provinces of Hispania (Tarraconensis, Baetica, and Lusitania). It includes morphological, chronological, conservation, and provenance records.

Its aim is to facilitate access to standardised data on amphorae for researchers in archaeology, ancient history, and related sciences, as well as to promote comparative studies on the production, distribution, and use of amphorae in the Mediterranean and other regions.

The database (CSV), drawings, and photographs (PNG, TIFF, JPEG, and GIF) are shared.
