RAD sequencing reads of five threespine stickleback populations in the Nuuk Fjord of Greenland

We RAD (SbfI) sequenced five threespine stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) populations (one marine and four freshwater) from the Nuuk Fjord of Greenland. It is to study the evolutonary histories of the populations and their adaptation to the local environments.
