Environmental fungal diversity in the Mackenzie Bay, Canada - ITS rRNA Illumina Sequencing

This work is part of the Nunataryuk project and aims to study the temporal and spatial dynamics of the fungal diversity in the Mackenzie Bay (Canada) to assess how the climate change as well as the permafrost melting can shape microbial communities and impact the carbon cycle along the land to sea continuum.
