Replication Data for: Optimized Algorithms for Image Registration on Heterogeneous Hardware

This dataset contains scripts and result files to reproduce the numerical experiments of my thesis titled "Optimized Algorithms for Image Registration on Heterogeneous Hardware".

claire-thesis-maltebrunn.tar.gz contains the software source files for CLAIRE developed in this thesis. Build instructions, dependencies and the latest published version of the software is available at GitHub CLAIRE. The version for this thesis is available at GitHub CLAIRE Thesis

experiments.tar.gz contains the experimental results as discribed in the thesis. The raw output from the software CLAIRE are located in experiments/ as .txt, .out, .log, .csv files. Hardware information about the compute platform is given in meta.txt for the experiments. Execution scripts for the respective experiments are given in .slurm, .sh files. The raw data is filtered and aggregated to .csv, .yaml, .json, .ods files in data/ using manual selection and Python scripts given as *.py files.
