Wnt target genes in Ciona intestinalis

Identification of genes activated by canonical Wnt signaling during the embryogenesis of the sea squirt Ciona intestinalis. Embryos were treated with DMSO (control) or 10 microM of 1-azakenpaullone (experimental) from the early neurula stages (St. 14) until the mid tailbud I stage (St. 21) when RNA were extracted for sequencing.
