This document about WP6 “Operations” reports on the work and on the progress of the federated service management of the EUDAT Common Data Infrastructure (CDI), the coordinated provisioning of resources and services and the data project enabling and community service integration activities within the 2nd EUDAT2020 project year. Progress was made particularly in the area of data project enabling and the collaborative work on the implementation of the community data pilots. The Service management framework and the relevant operative tools and service management policies have been further developed. In the foreground of the work was the consolidation of the tools, central services and the CDI service environment to facilitate the close collaboration with other e-Infrastructure providers (EGI.eu, PRACE, OpenAIRE).
