Targeted 16S rDNA of uncultured Prokaryotic population in the west Pacific seamount

Spatial variability of bacterial community on a guyot in the west Pacific seamount. The environmental DNA was then used as PCR template and bacterial 16S rRNA genes were amplified using primers 967F (5’-CAACGCGAAGAACCTTACC-3’) and 1046R (5’-CGACAGCCATGCANCACCT-3’) targeting at the V6 hypervariable region.
