Individual CTD casts up to 200m from stations covered during research cruise MSM115 along the Western Antarctic Peninsula during March 2023. CTD profiles were collected at each station where macrozooplankton samples were collected, down to a depth of 200 m (in case of shallower waters, up to a maximum of 10 m above the seafloor). Each profile is associated with geographic coordinates (WGS84), station identifiers, and temporal metadata specifying daytime or nighttime casts, as well as the direction of the CTD cast (downwards or upwards). The dataset includes 16 variables, and data points ordered by descending depth for each cast.
Tabular data containing depth profiles for downcast and upcast. Data is ordered by descending depth. Cast time (daytime or nighttime cast) and direction - CTD on the way down ['downwards'] or back up ['upwards'] also provided.
