A CSV file with the physical and chemical characteristics of Lake Xochimilco eDNA sampling sites. The file contains the values obtained for pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, total dissolved solids, and electroconductivity. Organic pollutants such as nitrates, nitrites, phosphates, and others are also included. Data contained in the file were used in the bioinformatic pipelines that included established R packages such as phyloseq and vegan.
