This dataset provides mineralogical and geochemical data from the Oumjrane gabbronorite intrusion, located in the eastern Anti-Atlas (Morocco), within the Northwest African Variscan belt. Samples were collected from a fully cored borehole intersecting a mafic intrusion emplaced within Paleozoic sedimentary successions of the Tafilalet–Maider basins, during field campaigns conducted between 2021 and 2023. Mineral chemistry data were obtained using JEOL Electron Probe JXA-8230 and a LA-ICPMS system, 213-nm Nd-YAG Merchantek laser connected to a Thermo Finnigan Element 2 sector-field mass spectrometer. The dataset includes major and trace element concentrations, as well as derived parameters (e.g., Mg#), and serves as input for thermobarometric, hygrometric, and oxybarometric calculations. All data are provided in tabulated format with complete metadata, ensuring reproducibility. The plagioclase dataset presents major element compositions determined by EPMA, including Si, Al, Ca, Na, and K. These data allow calculation of compositional parameters such as anorthite content (An%). The dataset is provided in a standardized tabular format with clearly defined variables, units, and analytical uncertainties, enabling reconstruction of crystallization sequences and magmatic evolution.
