Phaeodactylum tricornutum Genome sequencing

In order to identify the genomic variation of P.tricornutum adapting to long-term acidification and / or warming, we performed genome resequencing of populations under four experimental conditions : ambient, high CO2, warming and high CO2 + warming at the end of the 4-year adaptation period.
