Willemsplein 1 Arnhem

Bouwhistorische verkenning van het pand aan Willemsplein 1. Het object is in 1867 gebouwd als Rijkstelegraaf gebouw en sinds 1973 in gebruik als jongerencentrum, eerst onder de naam Tupedi en nu als Willemeen. Het pand werd in 1909 grootschalig verbouwd en in 1920 volgde een nieuwe verbouwing.
