QTL of the lateral plate variation in Pungitius sticklebacks

This project aims to study the genetic bases of lateral plate variation in the western lineage of nine-spined sticklebacks (Pungitius pungitius) when they adapt to freshwater environments. RADseq data were collected from a backcross family between P. pungitius and P. sinensis and QTL analyses were conducted on the lateral plate variation.
