Het onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat binnen het plangebied voornamelijk vullingen en dempingen van een voormalige gracht aanwezig zijn. Ten zuiden daarvan is op een mogelijk muurrestant van de voormalige bebouwing langs de gracht gestuit.
