De Bijenkorf te Rotterdam

De Bijenkorf in Rotterdam bestaat thans uit de in 1957 voltooide hoofdbouw aan de Coolsingel en de naastgelegen, in 1973 gebouwde garage aan de Aert van Nesstraat. Architecten Abraham Elzas (1907-1995) en Marcel Breuer (1902-1981). De bouwhistorische analyse dient als houvast en input voor toekomstige planontwikkeling van het warenhuis. De resultaten dienen als onderbouwing en inspiratiebron voor herinrichting en herontwikkeling.
