Short-range order structures of Ni-based FCC ternary and quaternary alloys

This dataset contains structures (VASP format) of Ni-based ternary (NiCrCo) and quaternary (NiCrCoFe) equimolar alloys obtained from MC-DFT simulations. The initial structures with random ordering are included as well.
