Common European Sales Law (CESL) Standaardmededeling project 2

DOI

In this survey (no 2), we varied the text characteristics of the standard information notice as proposed in the Draft Regulation for a Common European Sales Law (CESL 2011). Thus, two versions (easy to read vs difficult to read) were proposed to a representative sample of the Dutch population (n=800) to measure differences in reading ease and understanding of the texts.

The .sav file was deposited by Leiden University. DANS added the .por and .dta formats to ensure preservation and accessibility.
