Data set for the study untitled "Asian knotweed’s impacts on soil chemistry and enzyme activities are context-dependent". Soil major and minor nutrients and enzyme activities were measured under Reynoutria spp. stands and under adjacent riparian plots. Measured variables are reported in this dataset and material and methods elements are described in the associated manuscript.
