Paralithodes camtschaticus isolate:MSLRKC-1 Genome sequencing and assembly

Carcinization is a fundamental phenotype in the study of biological diversity and animal adaptation. A genome of the red king crab, Paralithodes camtschaticus, was de novo assembled for use in a comparative study on carcinization. The genome will be of relevance to future studies of the anomuran decapods.
