Questionnaire for the EUCLID project (April 3 - April 16, 2020)

This questionnaire is part of the “EUCLID” project (https://euclid.dbvis.de) and was used between April 3 and April 16, 2020. The project was started in response to the ongoing public health emergency due to the global outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 to track: 1. Subjective health & symptoms, 2. Perceived risk & outbreak related perceptions, 3. Protection motivation & behavior, 4. Expected future developments of the outbreak.
