This dataset contains data on water chemsitry and stable water isotopes for samples collected in the Two-Boat Lake catchment, Western Greenland, during the period 2015-2019. The dataset is an extension to a dataset covering the period 2011-2014, which has been published by Lindborg et al. (2016, doi:10.1594/PANGAEA.860961). The data are presented in three datasets that contain data on elemental concentrations for elements analyzed with ICP-MS (Water ICP-MS, 2015-2019), organic carbon and nitrogen (Water nutrients, 2015-2019), and stable water isotopes (Water isotopes, 2015-2019). For all sample locations that appear in both the original and the extended dataset, we have retained the same IDs as in the original dataset (Lindborg et al., 2016). For sampling locations that do not appear in the original dataset we have created new and unique IDs that do not overlap with those in the original dataset. Furthermore, all samples in the extended dataset were analyzed in the same way as for the original dataset (see Lindborg et al. (2016) for details). Together this makes the original and extended datasets fully compatible and they can easily be merged to create a large dataset covering the entire 2011-2019 period.

The presented dataset is an extension of doi:10.1594/PANGAEA.860961. The methods used to collect and analyze the samples have been fully described by Lindborg et al. (2016), and all data published in this extension is fully compatible with the previously published data.
