This dataset provides whole-rock geochemical data from the Oumjrane gabbronorite intrusion, located in the eastern Anti-Atlas (Morocco), within the Northwest African Variscan belt. The studied samples were collected from a fully cored borehole intersecting a mafic intrusion emplaced within Paleozoic sedimentary successions of the Tafilalet–Maider basins, during three field campaigns conducted between 2021 and 2023.The dataset includes major and trace element compositions, reported as oxide concentrations in weight percent (wt.%) and trace elements in parts per million (ppm), including rare earth elements (REE). All analyses were performed using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) for major elements and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) for trace elements. All geochemical data are reported at the whole-rock scale and are associated with comprehensive metadata, including sample identification, lithology, and geographic and stratigraphic information. The dataset is provided in a structured tabulated format with clearly defined variables, units, and analytical methods, ensuring reproducibility and facilitating its use in petrogenetic and geochemical studies of mafic intrusions.
