Processed data simulation data were used to produce the figures of the accompanying paper. With the given data, the figures in the paper are completely reproducible. The given data is produces by doing simulations of AMB+. Afterwards the trajectories and the founded droplets are characterized. The outcome of this characterization is plotted and can be found in the dataset.

The data is produced by a simulation of AMB+. This simulation is coded in C++ with CUDA, but with a user interface in python. The code is provided in a GIthub repository https://github.com/tranqui/active-model-bplus. The version creating the paper output is from June 2025.
For the analysis of the droplets we implemented Otsu-Thersholding with the opencv-python library in version 4.9. From this we can extract the dataset.
