Numerical simulation program based on Carver-Richards equations for the calculation of the transverse relaxation rate of simple sugars solutions

DOI

This Scilab program calculates the transverse relaxation rate of sugar solutions modeling the fruit vacuolar content by taking into account various parameters such as the intensity of the magnetic field, the echo time, the temperature and the pH of the sample, the concentration (fraction of the number of exchangeable protons in the solute). The difference in chemical shift, the relaxation times of the solvent (T2a) and of the pure solute (T2b) must be entered.
