In this article, they analyze inequalities in the decentralized implementation of citizenship policy in Germany in the period 2000 to 2021. The data set includes variables to identify the county/ county-free city, variables on the county reform, socioeconomic variables, foreigner and naturalization variables, and political variables at the local and the state-level.
