IntroductionPhD students have 6 months1 after submitting their thesis to the Research Publications Service2 to send their research outputs3 to the Library Services Research Data Management team for archiving and publication in the UCL Research Data Repository (UCL RDR). Completing the formThe UCL RDR can accept fully anonymised and non-sensitive: datasets, figures, posters, presentations, software, data management plans, workflows and models. When completing the form, Ph.D. students should provide as much detail as possible - your answers will be copied exactly, so please make sure you are happy with them before submitting. You can create multiple records, but you must submit a separate form for each one. Submitting a form tells the RDM team that you want your work reviewed and published where possible.After you submit the form, the RDM team will contact you to start uploading your items.
