Microfluidics of Bartsia

This is an evolutionary study of the plant genus Bartsia in the family Orobanchaceae. We amplified 96 regions (48 in the chloroplast and 48 in the nuclear genome) using microfluidic PCR, which were sequenced using an Illumina MiSeq (paired 300bp reads)
