This file contains beamtime data regarding an experiment, where Pt migrated under oxidizing conditions from Pt/Al2O3 to spatially separated CeO2. Furthermore, DFT structures for fitting the recorded EXAFS of the Pt which migrated onto the CeO2 are provided. Finally, there are several light-offs from mixed Pt/Al2O3 + CeO2 powder which was subjected to the migration progress and afterwards tested in regard to its activity as well as TEM and EDX data.
This data is related to the publication 'In-situ Tracking of Pt Migration from Pt/Al2O3 to CeO2 on the Atomic and Reactor Scale'. There are 5 folders.
1) Mixed powders - catalytic testing:
The temperature dependent gas conversions of the mixed Pt/Al2O3 + CeO2 powder which was subject to Pt migration.

2.1) Migration between spatially separated beds - beamtime data:
Beamtime data, together with gas concentrations and temperature data.

3) EDX Map:
The Map4_overview image shows the superimposed elemental maps for Pt, Ce and Al on the HAADF image, with indicated magnification, high voltage and scale bar. The Pt-Migration_800C_4.bcf file contains the raw EDX hypermap data recorded as an bcf-file with the software Esprit from the company Bruker.

4) TEM images
'14.48.06 Scanning Acquire_0_400C_calcined.tiff' shows STEM-HAADF raw image of the 400°C specimen, metadata is contained in the tiff file. '18.06.24 Scanning Acquire_0_800C_calcined.tiff' shows STEM-HAADF raw image of the 800°C specimen, metadata is contained in the tiff file.
