Ice thickness distribution of Hallstätter Gletscher calculated from GPR measurements in 2009

Ice thickness of Hallstätter Glacier was measured with a 6.5 MHz GPR on 14 and 15 January 2009. The spatially distributed ice thicknesses were calculated manually based on the point measurements. Ice thicknesses were subtracted from the surface of a digital elevation model derived from airborne laser scan measurements in 2007 to calculate the glacier bed.Projection: WGS84
