Murine liver sinusoidal endothelial cell responses to the glucocorticoid receptor agonist dexamethasone in vitro

The data represents C57Bl/6 mouse LSEC proteome at different timepoints (1h, 10h, and 48h) post seeding in the presence or absence of 1micromolar dexamethasone to elucidate time dependent, and dexamethasone specific changes in LSEC responses, generated using a tandem mass tag (TMT)6-plex strategy on a highly sensitive Orbitrap Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer and the SPS MS3 method.
