RNA-seq dataset consisting of 45 samples of Brassica napus leaves from plants (three leaf developmental stages) grown under different soil humidity levels. RNA samples were sequenced at Genewiz/Azenta, NGS Lab, Germany. RNA sequencing libraries were prepared using the NEBNext Ultra II RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina. Sequencing was performed using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 Sequencing System, which generated an average of 60.19 millions of 2x150 bp paired-end reads per sample. These data will contribute to improve our knowledge of plant responses to abiotic stresses and more specially under various hydrations levels. This study provides insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the response of oilseed rape to soil drought, which can support the development of drought-resistant cultivars.
