Hydrographical time series in fjord Comau, Chile, February 2012

Vertical hydrographical profiles were measured eight times during the field work period (Feb-Mar 2012) using a Conductivity-Temperature-Depth (CTD) profiler (Seabird SBE 19plus V2 SeaCAT). Casts were performed at Station 1 (X-Huinay) from the surface to a water depth of 30 m. Depth, temperature, salinity, pH, as well as oxygen- and chlorophyll a-concentration were recorded. This dataset was generated in the frame of the co-operation between the Huinay Scientific Field Station (http://www.huinay.cl) and the Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Center for Polar and Marine Research (http://www.awi.de).
