This dataset collection contains processed bulk RNA sequencing data from skin biopsies taken at the site of either the tuberculin skin test (TST) or control saline injections, as described in the TST eQTL manuscript, "Common genetic determinants of dynamic human in vivo immune response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis" (link to be added upon publication).TST biopsies were collected from patients with active tuberculosis disease (ATB) or latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI), and included Day 2 (D2) biopsies for both cohorts and additional Day 7 (D7) biopsies for the LTBI cohort.The raw fastq files have been deposited elsewhere, as described in the publication. Fastq data were pseudo-aligned using Kallisto with the Ensembl Human GRCh38 release 111 transcriptome. Annotations for this transcriptome are provided to allow conversion of Ensembl gene IDs to gene symbols. The count matrices include raw pseudo-counts (rawcounts) and log2-transformed transcript-per-million values (tpm). A metadata file is included that lists annotation for each sample filename.
