This dataset contains NMR (Profiles and T2 decay curves) and ecophysiological data acquired on 10 well-watered herbaceous species grown on rhizotron. Data were acquired using NMR MOUSE® spectrometer as described in the first article, 10.3390/plants10040782, based on 3 species and dealing with the state of water. In the present analysis, our aim was to understand the dynamics of root water quantity and mobility within roots during nychthemeral cycles for ten herbaceous species with contrasting root traits.
