The data is the bacterial diversity of the gut contents of amphipods from the Hadal Zone.The 16S rRNA sequencing was performed by Majorbio Bio-Pharm Technology Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China) on an Illumina MiSeq PE300 platform (Illumina, San Diego, USA). Amphipoda specimens were collected from the Challenger Deep of the Mariana Trench in September 2021
