Landscape genomics of sockeye salmon

Our study investigated the genomic patterns underlying ecotype divergence in sockeye salmon, employing RADseq of paired population samplings of migratory (anadromous versus resident) and reproductive (shore- versus stream-spawning kokanee) ecotypes sampled from seven lakes and two rivers spanning three catchments (Columbia, Fraser, and Skeena) in British Columbia, Canada.
