Data for "Quiet New Particle Formation is a significant aerosol source in the Amazon boundary layer"

DOI

This collection contains the processed data and MATLAB scripts used to generate the figures in “Quiet New Particle Formation is a Significant Aerosol Source in the Amazon Boundary Layer” (doi: 10.5194/egusphere-2025-4581). The dataset includes particle number size distributions (PNSD), formation and production rates of 10–25 nm particles, growth-rate analysis data, and related meteorological parameters measured at the Amazon Tall Tower Observatory (ATTO) and, for selected analyses, at the ZF2 site. Each .csv file corresponds to a specific main or supplementary figure, and the provided .m scripts reproduce the figures (MATLAB R2022b). A detailed description can be found in the README file. When using the data, please also refer to the associated publication.
