(2021), Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ympev.2020.107067). 75 calamoid species of the Calamoideae were sampled, plus four outgroup species representing the four other palm subfamilies. Targeted sequence capture was conducted by hybridisation of libraries to the PhyloPalm probes of Loiseau et al. 2019 (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpls.2019.00864). Sequencing was performed on an Illumina HiSeq X platform.
