PICTURE project: clinical MRIs of glioma

The MRIs of patients with glioblastoma acquired preoperatively and postoperatively were collected from 12 hospitals, annotated (T1-weighted, T1-weighted after contrast, T2-weighted, FLAIR-weighted), manually segmented by an experienced rater, and registered to MNI 09a standard brain space. This storage contains the segmented and registered binary nifti files that locate tumor.
