The Principal component analysis (PCA)was performed using the basic-R function prcomp and clr (center-log-ratio) tranformed XRF element data.The principle components 1-4 in the file are available with corresponding age and depth. They are not directly attached with the XRF-master file, because the clr-transformation omits NAs.
