Transcriptomic libraries of maturing testis of the lion's paw scallop Nodipecten subnodosus by suppressive subtraction hybridization combined with next-generation-sequencing

Libraries representing differently expressed genes between the maturing testis condition and the inactive gonad of the lion's paw scallop were sequenced by 454-FLX using the Lib-L amplicon sequencing chemistry.
