Dentrifying bacteria grown on polyhydroxybutarate as sole carbon and energy source

Seven genomes of denitrifying bacteria capable of growth on polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) originating from both terrestrial and marine environments were sequenced and analyzed. Predicted genome sizes ranged from 3.54 - 5.09 Mbp, and putative PHB depolymerases were identified in all genomes.
