HPUra effect on Bacillus subtilis DNA replication

Bacillus subtilis PY79 harboring the dnaB134 variant were synchronized for replication initiation and treated with HPUra 20 minutes later. Illumina Hi-seq was performed to observe the effect of HPUra treatment on read coverage along the chromosome.
