Octopus bimaculoides stellate ganglia under different temperatures

This project aimed to quantify the amount of RNA editing in the stellate ganglia of Octopus bimaculoides exposed to two temperature treatments. Six individuals were placed at 13 degrees C and six at 22 degrees C for 12-24 days before sampling.
