Light and temperature condition in North Wales between 2023–2024 by Project Seagrass

DOI

This dataset was collected in support of a study on the resilience of restored seagrass (Zostera marina) meadows to marine heatwave exposure in North Wales, United Kingdom (Thomas et al., 2026). It provides in-situ seawater/atmospheric temperature and light intensity measurements recorded at 30-minute intervals during May 2024 using a submerged temperature/light data logger deployed at the Carreg y Defaid restoration site.
