Analysis of Musilage samples collected from Marmara Sea

In the project, it is aimed to determine the microorganisms that will contribute to the mucilage formation mechanism specific to that stage at each stage by comparing the whole genome analyzes of the mucilage samples to be taken at the early stage, advanced stage and late stage. The relationship of bacteria with the stages of mucilage formation, the differences in microorganisms in different geographical areas and their relationship with mucilage, their negative effects on human, marine life and environmental health, and their contribution to the development of antibiotic resistance will be investigated.
