Van Veen grab samples for grain size analyses acquired in the region of Inuvik, Tuktoyaktuk, and the Mackenzie Delta, Northwest Territories, Canada

DOI

This dataset contains data from twelve grab samples collected from the Arctic seafloor during a summer 2023 Arctic expedition, led by the Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research. The samples were collected offshore of the northern and southern coastlines of Tuktoyaktuk Island (Northwest Territories, Canada). The measurements were part of the "DEPTHAW Field Campaign" within the "Modular Observation solutions for Earth Systems" (MOSES) program. The data provides processed grain size data, separating the samples into volumetric fractions of clay, silt, sand, and gravel components.
